Common Questions

What to Expect

Answers to questions we hear most from prospective clients.

Can you handle multiple service lines under one contract?

Yes — and that's one of our core strengths. We can structure a single Integrated Services Agreement covering any combination of our five service lines, creating unified accountability and simplified procurement for your organization.

Are you set up for government contracts?

Yes. We are registered on SAM.gov, certified as a California Small Business through DGS, and registered on Cal eProcure. We are compliant with state and federal procurement and workforce regulations and can respond to IFBs and RFPs.

Do you operate throughout California?

Yes. We serve clients statewide from our Sherman Oaks headquarters, with particular strength in the Los Angeles metro, Sacramento, San Francisco Bay Area, and San Diego markets.

How are your workers trained and screened?

All Farallon Global personnel undergo background checks and drug screening prior to placement. Service-specific certifications — ServSafe, Guard Card, OSHA, and others — are verified before workers are assigned to contracts.

Are you prevailing wage compliant?

Yes. We are registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as a Public Works Contractor, maintain certified payroll records, and ensure all subcontractors are also DIR registered and compliant.

How quickly can you respond to a proposal request?

We typically respond to initial inquiries within one business day. For formal proposals and RFP responses, we work to the client's timeline and can mobilize quickly for competitive solicitations.
